Nothing says "toastie" like Dijon mayonnaise. And Jarlsberg®, of course!
Here is how you do it
Mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Chop the parsley. Fry the bacon until crisp and golden. Spread the Dijon mayonnaise on the bread and top with Jarlsberg® cheese, bacon and parsley. Put the two slices of bread together. Fry the sandwich on both sides over a medium-high heat in a frying pan until the bread takes on a golden colour and the cheese has melted. Use plenty of butter in the pan. Serve with pickled gherkin and extra Dijon mayonnaise.
