Here is how you do it
Heat the oven to 175 °C. Coat the chicken with butter and rub in the garam masala spice mix. Cook in the oven for around 1 hour. Peel and dice the sweet potato, and season with salt, turmeric and oil. Cook in the oven at 175 °C for around 30 mins. Cut the chicken into chunks. Spread the naan bread with butter and top with grated Jarlsberg® cheese, chicken and sweet potato. Heat in the oven at 200 °C for 5-7 mins until the cheese has melted and is nicely browned. Serve with fresh, coarsely chopped coriander, chutney and topped with a little yoghurt if desired.
