  • 1 mini baguette or any bread of your choice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 slices of Jarlsberg®
  • 1/2 lobster (frozen works well)
  • 1/2 stick of celery
  • 50 ml mayonnaise 
  • A few drops of tabasco
  • Chives
  • A slice of lemon
Here is how you do it

Halve the baguette. Chop up the lobster and chives. Thinly slice the celery. Mix together the lobster, chives, celery, mayonnaise and tabasco. Save some nice pieces of lobster claw. Spread butter on the bread and add the Jarlsberg® cheese slices. Heat in the oven for a few minutes at 200 °C until the cheese has melted. Take the lobster mixture and spread it on the bread. Top with lobster claw and a sprinkle of chives. Serve with lemon and crisps if desired.
