  • 2 slices of sourdough bread or any bread of your choice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 slices of Jarlsberg®
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Maple syrup, according to taste
Here is how you do it

Fry the bacon until slightly crisp and coloured. Spread butter on the two slices of bread. Add the Jarlsberg® cheese and bacon and put the two halves together. Fry the sandwich in butter until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is golden. Top with maple syrup.
