Here is how you do it
Cook the macaroni as directed on the packet. Grate the Jarlsberg® cheese. Melt some butter in a saucepan and add the cornflour. Add the milk and whisk until it thickens. Add the macaroni and most of the grated cheese to the pan and stir until the mixture achieves a firm consistency. Spread butter on the slices of bread and add a layer of grated cheese. Fry them in extra butter in a cast-iron pan until the cheese turns golden. Add the macaroni mixture to one slice and top with the other slice. Add a sprinkle of chopped chilli if desired.
