Cheesy & stretchy - the Jarlsberg® way
Here is how you do it
- Mix together the grated Jarlsberg®, double cream, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper and a little lemon.
- Spoon into a small baking dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese.
- Bake until hot and bubbling, with a golden top.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
To make it even more special, mix in a can of chopped artichoke hearts!
