Your new favourite snack
Here is how you do it
- Mix the grated Jarlsberg® into the cooled, cooked rice.
- Take a small handful of rice, flatten it in your hand and place a cube of Jarlsberg® in the center, wrap the rice around it to form a ball.
- Dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm – cheesy and gooey inside!
To make it even more special, add a stock cube when cooking the rice and add in some chopped mushrooms
