Ingredients
  • 1 Servings
  • 120 g Jarlsberg®, grated, plus some extra for topping
  • 125 ml double cream
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 of lemon, to squeeze
Here is how you do it
  1. Mix together the grated Jarlsberg®, double cream, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper and a little lemon.
  2. Spoon into a small baking dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese.
  3. Bake until hot and bubbling, with a golden top.
  4. Serve warm with bread or crackers.

 

To make it even more special, mix in a can of chopped artichoke hearts!
