One might associate barbecue with grilled meat, fish or vegetables, but to make your barbecue stand out this summer, add some cheese to the plate as well. This dish only has a few ingredients and is super simple to make but we promise it will impress all your friends and have them beg for more (as well as the recipe).
Here is how you do it
Cut the cheese into 4 pieces, 50 grams each. Place each piece of Jarlsberg® cheese on two slices of ham or bresaola and top with fresh herbs. Wrap the cheese and herbs in the ham or bresaola.
Fry or barbecue each piece at a high heat on both sides until the cheese melts.
For this recipe you can use Jarlsberg® Original, Lite or Special Reserve.
