Nachos au gratin with green chilli salsa

  • 1 bag of nachos
  • 200 g Jarlsberg® cheese
  • 1/4 broccoli head
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • Pepper
  • Fresh coriander
Here is how you do it

Spread the nacho chips over the bottom of an ovenproof dish, or use a grill pan. Top with grated or sliced Jarlsberg® cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 220 °C until the cheese is melted and golden.

Finely grate the broccoli. Finely chop the chilies and garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and add the olive oil, pepper and the juice of 2 limes.

Serve the salsa with the freshly baked Jarlsberg® cheese nachos, garnished with fresh coriander.
