Ingredients
  • 6 Servings
  • 250 g Macaroni
  • 200 g Freshly Grated Jarlsberg®
  • 440 ml Guinness (one can)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 700 ml Double Cream
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Breadcrumbs, to top
Here is how you do it

Steps:

  1.  Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add macaroni and cook per packet directions MINUS 1 minute.
  2.  Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  3. Place butter in deep pan over a medium heat and melt.
  4. Add in your chopped onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, until softened.
  5. Pour in 1 can of Guiness and bring to the boil.
  6. Add in the cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Now add the Jarlsberg and stir until melted. Add the pasta.
  8. Top with breadcrumbs and a little more jarlsberg.
  9. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden and the cheese is melted.
