Sliced Jarlsberg® with peppers and olives

  • 300 g Jarlsberg®
  • 1 dl olives
  • 200 g store-bought grilled red peppers (the kind that come in a jar or can) 
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 slices of good bread
Here is how you do it

Cut the Jarlsberg® cheese into generous slices. Roughly chop the olives and peppers and put them in a bowl. Finely chop the red onion and garlic and add them to the bowl together with the capers. Pour in the oil and vinegar and mix well. Serve with fresh herbs and some bread for dipping. For an extra burst of flavor, you can marinate the cheese in this mixture overnight in the fridge!
