When life gives you lemons, marinate them with Jarlsberg®.
Here is how you do it
Cut the Jarlsberg® cheese into cubes. Pour the oil into a bowl. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the oil. Thinly slice the garlic and add it to the oil together with about 10 whole peppercorns of various colors. Put the Jarlsberg® cheese in a jar and pour in the herb oil, completely submerging the cheese. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Serve with good bread and some fresh lemon wedges.
For this recipe you can use Jarlsberg® Original, Lite or Special Reserve.
