Go nuts and say cheeeese (pun intended) with this cheesy cauliflower with peanuts and chili!
Set the oven to 225 C. Mix together the oil and cayenne pepper. Slice the cauliflower down the middle, so that it looks like small trees. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the cauliflower on both sides with the cayenne oil and sprinkle it with a little salt. Thinly slice the Jarlsberg® and drape the slices over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Roughly chop herbs and peanuts. Finely chop the chili pepper and slice the lime into wedges. Top the oven-baked cauliflower with Jarlsberg® with fresh herbs, nuts, chili pepper and lime. Perfect as an accompaniment, appetizer or tapas dish!
