Brighten up your day with cheesy Jarlsberg® sticks served with walnuts and cranberry sauce. The perfect appetizer!
Here is how you do it
To make the cranberry sauce, bring the berries, sugar and water to a boil. Simmer for approx. 10-15 min. Set aside to cool.
Cut the Jarlsberg® into thick matchsticks. Cut the apple/pear into wedges or slices. Toast the nuts in a dry pan until they get some color. Serve everything on a large platter or board with some honey, the cranberry sauce, good bread and fresh rosemary. Jarlsberg® is also delicious with other kinds of fruit!
