Cheesy. Juicy. Crispy. These Jarlsberg® beef quesadillas bring bold flavors and irresistible textures together — all topped off with a zesty homemade chimichurri. Easy to make, impossible to resist!
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add a slice of beef and cook until lightly browned and tender. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste. Leave to rest.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded Jarlsberg® on each tortilla.
Slice the lightly cooked beef and distribute the slices on top of the cheese.
Fold the tortillas in half to create quesadillas.
Place the quesadillas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve with chimichurri.
