Jarlsberg® is famous around the world for its characteristic sweet and nutty taste and its large round holes. Jarlsberg® is a wonderfully tasty and versatile cheese - whether enjoyed as a staple for sandwiches, melted in a toast, as a complement for salads, a tasty addition to your cheese board or as an irresistible snack. Jarlsberg® is a semi-soft, part skim cheese made from cow’s milk. It is rich on proteins and naturally lactose free. Jarlsberg® Original has a mild flavor and is available in slices, blocks and sticks, made in the US from US milk. Jarlsberg® slices and blocks are made in the US.

Jarlsberg® is a semi-soft, part skim cheese made from cow’s milk. It is rich on proteins and naturally lactose free. Jarlsberg® Lite has the same mild, nutty flavor of regular Jarlsberg®, but with less fat and a higher amount of protein. This Lite version is perfect for a sandwich, but because of the lower fat content, it will not have the same melting properties as the original. Jarlsberg® Lite is available in chunks.
