  • 1 loaf of French toast, unsliced
  • 600 g Jarlsberg® cheese, grated
  • 5 ml white wine
  • 1 cup milk
  • Shaved truffles if desired
Here is how you do it

Cut the top from the French toast loaf and scoop out the insides to make a bowl. Roast at 150°C in the oven until crunchy. Turn a few times to ensure it roasts evenly. Boil the white wine and milk together, then whisk in the grated cheese to make a smooth sauce. Pour the cheese sauce inside the bread bowl. Dip veggies, meat, fish or seafood and enjoy!
