Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or oil.

Cook the pasta in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water until al dente.

Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add 2/3 of the shredded Jarlsberg® and toss to combine.

Transfer the pasta to the greased baking dish.

Mix together the heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Pour the cream mixture evenly over the pasta.

Sprinkle the remaining Jarlsberg® on top.

Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Switch to broil and broil for 5 minutes, or until the top is golden and crusty.

Serve hot, topped with lobster and freshly chopped chives.
