Here is how you do it
Cut the croissant lengthwise. Fry the bacon and egg. Spread butter on the bottom half of the croissant and add the cheese slices. Heat in the oven until the cheese has melted. Add the fresh spinach, egg, bacon and the top half of the croissant.
