US OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and void where prohibited or restricted.  Sweepstakes in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. d/b/a Instagram (“Instagram”).  Data charges may apply.   

1. Eligibility

The “#JarlsbergMelt Challenge” sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of the Entry submission, and physically present in the United States during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Participant” or “you” and, collectively, “Participants”).  Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.  Employees, officers and directors of TINE SA (“Sponsor”) and of its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, representatives, contractors, and advertising, promotion, marketing and fulfillment agencies, and such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. 

By submitting an Entry, the Participants represent and warrant that they have read these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and that they satisfy all of the eligibility requirements, and accept and agree to be bound by, and to fully perform under, these Official Rules and all of the decisions of the Sponsor, which decisions will be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  

The Participants who do not follow all of the Sponsor’s instructions, do not provide the required information, or fail to abide by these Official Rules in any other way may be disqualified and may not be eligible to participate in the prize drawing or to win a prize.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on May 4, 2026 and ends at 8:59 p.m. EDT on June 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  All Entries, regardless of the method of entry, must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.  The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.   

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes (each, “Entry” and, collectively, “Entries”), (1) log into your Instagram account, (2) “Follow” @jarlsberg_ (https://www.instagram.com/jarlsberg_/) or @jarlsberg_us (https://www.instagram.com/jarlsberg_us/), (3)“Like” the Sponsor’s post about the Sweepstakes, and (4) “Add a comment” (each, “your Comment” and, collectively, “your Comments”) below this post, with your best tips for making the perfect grilled cheese as well as your country of residence. 

Your Comment must contain a tip for making a grilled cheese sandwich, your country of residence, and you must follow @jarlsberg_ or @jarlsberg_us in order to be eligible to be entered into the prize drawing.  Your Comment must be composed entirely of original content wholly owned by you, and you must not submit, upload, post, transmit, transfer, distribute or facilitate distribution of any content that, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is offensive, disparaging or otherwise inappropriate, or any content that does not comply with the “Additional Requirements and Restrictions” listed below, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.  Any Entry that violates any of the submission requirements and restrictions will be void, and the Participant will not be eligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. 

Data charges may apply; you should consult your wireless carrier’s or Internet service provider’s (as applicable) pricing plan for details.  You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your carrier or service provider.  If applicable, you must also agree to comply with your app store’s terms of service, and with such other conditions and policies as it may designate or require. 

To complete an Entry without logging into Instagram or creating an Instagram account, send your proposal by e-mail to jarlsbergglobal@tine.no, with (1) the subject line “#JarlsbergMelt Challenge Sweepstakes Entry” and (2) your full name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth in the body of the e-mail. 

No other forms of entering the Sweepstakes are valid.  There is no entry limit per person or per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes.  Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account.  Any attempt by any Participant to use multiple or different identities, whether through use of multiple or different names, Instagram usernames, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, or through any other tactics, will void all of the Participant’s Entries, and the Participant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.  Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all of a Participant’s Entries.  All Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or inappropriate means, or with the intent to subvert the Sweepstakes entry process or the fair play of the Sweepstakes will be void.   

In the event of a dispute as to identity of the person submitting an Entry via Instagram, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person in whose name the Instagram account is registered at the time of the Entry submission.  A potential winner may be required to provide to the Sponsor proof, to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, that the potential winner is, and at all relevant times was, the owner of the Instagram account associated with the winning Entry.     

Submitted Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Proof of entering the Sweepstakes will not constitute proof of receipt by the Sponsor.   

The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for: any Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, unauthorized, unintelligible, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider, website or other connections; miscommunications; telephone, computer hardware or computer software failures, errors or difficulties; Internet traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; the e-mail account settings; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes, even if caused by the Sponsor’s negligence.   

5. Prize Drawing; Odds of Winning

The Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners of a Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) from among all eligible Entries, in a random drawing conducted on or about June 20, 2026.  The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding.  Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.  A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. 

6. Prize

Subject to the conditions set out below, the Sponsor will award three (3) Grand Prizes, each consisting of one (1) 10-kilogram (22-pound) wheel of Jarlsberg®.   

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $250.  Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $750.  The ARV of a prize represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding, and cannot be appealed.  The Sponsor makes no representation that the prize can be sold or traded at the stated value.  The winner will not receive any difference between the stated approximate and the actual retail value of the prize.  The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.   

A Grand Prize winner must comply with all of the Sponsor’s instructions with respect to the prize fulfillment; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.  The Sponsor is not responsible if a potential Grand Prize winner is unable or unavailable to accept or use the prize or a portion of the prize.  The prize is non-transferable, may not be sold or bartered, and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.  If any portion of the prize is returned as undeliverable or is declined, the entire prize will be forfeited.  An unclaimed prize will not be awarded.       

The prizes are subject to availability.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill a prize.   

The prizes are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Participants acknowledge that the Sponsor has not made, and is not in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to this Sweepstakes or a prize, in whole or in part. 

The prize restrictions and conditions stated in these Official Rules are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prizes described above may be subject to additional restrictions and/or conditions.  Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only.  The Sponsor may cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in its discretion and may award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value, including, without limitation, a cash prize equivalent to the ARV of a Grand Prize as stated in these Official Rules.     

7. Notification of Winners

A Grand Prize will be awarded only upon the Sponsor’s verification of the potential winner’s eligibility and upon final approval by the Sponsor.  The potential winner will be notified by the Sponsor on or around June 27, 2026, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practical, via Instagram direct message or, in the case of the alternative method of entry, by e-mail or telephone call.  You must ensure that your account can receive messages from @jarlsberg_ and @jarlsberg_us.  You are solely responsible for managing your Instagram Message settings and for monitoring your Chats list and Message Requests. 

A potential winner will have seven (7) days from the time of the notification to confirm that the notification has been received and to provide to the Sponsor the potential prize winner’s full name, home address, telephone number, and all other information as may be necessary for the Sponsor’s prize fulfillment, which may include, without limitation, satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency.  A potential winner who is disqualified for any reason will forfeit the entire prize and will not be entitled to any form of prize award or compensation.   

After a potential winner responds to the initial notification and is verified and determined to be eligible to accept a Grand Prize, the Sponsor will send to the potential winner a Winner Notification and an Affidavit of Eligibility.  All documents must be completed according to the instructions in the Winner Notification.  An electronic copy of the completed documents must be returned to the Sponsor by e-mail, no later than seventy-two (72) hours from the time of the notification, and the original completed documents must be returned by mail, postmarked no later than seven (7) business days from the date on the Winner Notification, and addressed and otherwise sent as indicated in the Winner Notification.   

If the Winner Notification or any subsequent communications to a potential winner are returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner does not respond to the Sponsor’s notification or subsequent communications within the set time period, if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible, if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner declines any portion of the prize, such potential winner will forfeit the entire Grand Prize and will not be entitled to any form of prize, award or compensation, and an alternative potential winner may be selected, time permitting, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Up to three (3) alternative potential Grand Prize winners may be selected.  Alternative potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible non-winning Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and each such potential winner will be subject to verification.  If all alternative potential winners are disqualified, no prizes will be awarded.   

A potential winner may be confirmed as a “winner” only after all of requested information and completed documents are received by the Sponsor and after the potential winner’s eligibility is verified by the Sponsor.       

The Sponsor is not responsible, and will not be liable, for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Grand Prize winner, or for any change in the potential winner’s Instagram account, e-mail address or telephone number.   

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, and even if the Grand Prize winner may be required to sign a separate release, acceptance of a Grand Prize constitutes your agreement and consent that the Sponsor may reproduce, publish and otherwise use (1) your Entry, including, without limitation, any and all of your Comments, (2) the statements made by you regarding the prize, the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsor, and (3)  your full name, voice, image and likeness, and city and state of residence, all for any and all purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of the Sponsor, and in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable or World Wide Web, without any limitation or restriction, and without any obligation, compensation or notice to, or review or approval by, you or anyone else, and you agree that the Sponsor has and will at all times have complete ownership of all materials created or produced by the Sponsor, including the entire copyright therein. 

9. Privacy

By completing an Entry, the Participants agree to share their personal information with the Sponsor.  Personal information collected by the Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and of the prize award.  Your personal data be processed in accordance with the applicable law.  Processing of personal data is necessary in order to fulfil the Sponsor’s rights and obligations under these Official Rules.  Providing personal information in connection with this Sweepstakes is voluntary, but if you do not provide this information, we will not be able to send a prize.  All personal data will be deleted immediately after the Sweepstakes has ended.  Your contact information will not be shared with third parties.  You have the right to access the personal data we have stored about you, and you can demand correction or deletion of this data at any time.  You can submit a privacy request or inquiry to: TINE SA, c/o Norseland, Inc., 301 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851.  We may need to verify your identity and may ask for additional information before responding to your privacy inquiry or completing your privacy request. 

The Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.  If the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 believes that his or her child provided any personal data in connection with this Sweepstakes, the parent or legal guardian should contact the Sponsor and request that the child’s personal information be deleted. 

10. Release; Limitation of Liability

You agree, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, that the Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. d/b/a Instagram, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, representatives, contractors, and advertising, promotion, marketing and fulfillment agencies, and the successors, assigns and licensees of each of them, and the respective officers, directors, agents, employees, shareholders, contractors and representatives (“Released Parties”) will have no liability, and you will hold the Released Parties harmless, for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, of any kind, to any person (including, without limitation, death) or property, arising out of, or related or otherwise due to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation or attempt to participate in this Sweepstakes, and/or acceptance, possession,  use or misuse of any prize or any portion of the prize. 

YOU WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING IS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF ALL CLAIMS AND RIGHTS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FULL AND COMPLETE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW AND ANALYZE THE FOREGOING RELEASE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, AND YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO DISPUTE THE SCOPE OF THE RELEASE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THAT IT IS A GENERAL RELEASE AND/OR A RELEASE OF UNKNOWN CLAIMS. 

As a further condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, including accepting a prize or a portion of a prize, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action that may relate to or arise out of the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby knowingly and expressly waive, all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (4) all claims are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and you irrevocably waive any and all right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, and the above may not apply to you. 

11. Suspension; Modification; Termination

The Sponsor and its agents and/or contractors are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes materials.  If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes that may corrupt or impair the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, terminate, suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and may award the Grand Prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of termination or modification, as applicable, using the winner selection process outlined in Section 5 above, or otherwise in a random drawing.  The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any events that may cause any errors or failure, and/or may cause the Sweepstakes to be suspended, modified or terminated, including, but not limited to, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the Entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer, telephone, network, telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, cable, satellite or Internet Service Providers, computer equipment, mobile equipment, software, or for any injury or damage to a Participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device relating to, or resulting from, participation in this Sweepstakes or accessing or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, mobile, mechanical, technical, electronic, network or other errors or problems, including, without limitation, any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of the Entries, or in any other Sweepstakes materials.  The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and void the Entries of any Participant who is found or believed to have attempted to tamper with or to impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or to have otherwise acted in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass.  Should more prizes be awarded through a computer, hardware, or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, than are stated in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules.  In no event will more prizes be awarded than as described in Section 6.

ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE, PLATFORM OR APPLICATION, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by U.S. law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules, or the rights and obligations of a Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to any provision of Connecticut law that may require a court to apply the substantive law of any other state.  Any legal proceedings with respect to the Rules and/or the Sweepstakes will take place in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  The Participants agree that the state and federal courts seated in Fairfield County, Connecticut and the related appellate courts will have exclusive personal jurisdiction with respect to any matter of controversy arising from or with respect to this Sweepstakes and irrevocably consent to such courts’ jurisdiction and waive any and all claims of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction.

#JarlsbergMelt Challenge

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry / claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating or by accepting the prize you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER & THE PRICE PROVIDER

2. ELIGIBILITY 

a.   This promotion is open to UK residents (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, associated agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. 

b.   Internet access and a public Instagram is required for entry. An Instagram account can be opened at Instagram.com. Participants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any Internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion. 

c.   The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules. 

d. There is no entry limit per Instagram account or per day for the duration of the competition. 

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

The prize promotion opens at 2:00pm (GMT +1) on Monday 4th May 2026 and closes at 1:59pm (GMT +1) on Monday 15th June 2026 (the ‘Promotional Period’). 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

a.   Like the post and follow @jarlsberg_gb or @jarlsberg_ on Instagram. 

b.   Comment your favourite tips on making the perfect cheese toastie on the Instagram post and include your country of residence. 

c.   Only entries which complete the above actions will be eligible for winning 

d.   Any entries that we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be political, dangerous, profane, suggestive, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive (including but not limited to words or symbols that might be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group) cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified. 

e.   The Promoter may comment on your entry. This does not mean that you are a winner, neither does it increase your chances of winning. 

f.    We will not tolerate anyone who posts or is seen to be posting comments via any social media channel or anywhere else during this Promotion that we think are bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and @jarlsberg_gb, @jarlsberg_ or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way will be disqualified from the Promotion. 

g.   Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.   

5. PRIZE FUND AND PRIZE FULFILMENT 

a. The prize consists of three (3) Jarlsberg cheese wheels (10 kg each) for the UK market. Each winner will receive one (1) cheese wheel, and each participant may win only one prize. 

b. Prize is not transferable and there is no prize alternative. 

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

d. The prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s postal address and costs related to shipping will be covered by The Promoter. 

6. WINNER SELECTION 

a.   Three winners will be chosen in the UK.  

b.   The winners will be drawn using a random comment picker within 5 days of the end of the Promotional Period. 

c.    Please note that this is not a competition and entries are not judged. 

d.    The Promoter reserves the right to not award the prize if there are no entries that meet the entry criteria. 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND WINNER VERIFICATION 

a.   The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram directly by @jarlsberg_gb or @jarlsberg_ within 7 days of the drawing date and given 7 days to claim their prize by confirming via Direct Message that they are happy to proceed with all elements of the promotion as well as forwarding their full name, age, and postal address. 

b. If the winner does not claim their prize within the 7 day period stated in clause 7.a., the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a runner up drawn at the same time as the original. 

c. Please check your Direct Message inbox. The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram and announced on @jarlsberg_gb or @jarlsberg_ Instagram stories. 

d. Only a reply via direct message from the same account that we notify will be accepted. 

e. Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to accept their prize. 

f. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant and withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Entry to the Promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and distributors hereby excludes and shall not have any liability exceeding a symbolic amount of £100 to any entrant or third party in connection with or arising out of this promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, claims, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider. 

9. DATA PROTECTION 

As part of the promotion, we collect the following personal data from the winners only: full name, email address, date of birth, country of residence for the purpose of providing a winner list. These details are requested for administering the promotion only. Privacy policy to be sent upon request. 

10.  GENERAL 

a. Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

b. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. 

c. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. 

d. Where we suspect that an individual has breached these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of identity, age, and address and that they are the person associated with the winning notification. 

e. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. 

f.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 

g. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or their agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or their agencies. 

h. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. 

i.  The winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this prize draw without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, publishing the winner’s name and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prize won as part of the Promotion on @jarlsberg_gb or @jarlsberg_ channels and via other third-party mainstream media, local media or broadcast channels. Participants unwilling to share this information publicly must inform the Promoter when contacted for the prize that they do not wish for their information to be used. If such objection is raised, The Promoter will announce that winners have been selected, without providing their private information. 

j. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within. 

k.  The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them. 

l. All IP rights in the entries will remain the property of the participants. 

m. By entering, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, repost, and share submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where reasonably possible. 

n.   This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Konkurranseregler for TINEs #JarlsbergMelt Challenge  

I forbindelse med Jarlsberg® sitt samarbeid med Adrian Grenier, står TINE bak en digital kampanje på Instagram hvor Adrian i samarbeid med Jarlsberg® utfordrer forbrukere over hele verden til å lage sin favoritt toast. 

Konkurransen varer fra 4. mai 2026 kl. 15:00 CEST til 15. juni 2026 kl. 14:59 CET. For å delta i konkurransen må du like konkurranseposten, følge en av våre kontoer; @jarlsberg_, @jarlsberg_gb eller @jarlsberg_us, dele ditt beste tips for å lage den perfekte toasten i kommentarfeltet, samt fortelle hvilket land du bor i. 

Ved å delta vil du være med i trekningen av totalt tre stk. 10 kg Jarlsberg hjul, til en verdi av ca. NOK 2.700 per hjul. Premien kan ikke veksles inn i penger. Vinneren er selv ansvarlig for å betale eventuell skatt på premien.   

Vinnerne blir tilfeldig valgt blant alle gyldige bidrag ved hjelp av et digitalt trekningsverktøy som sikrer en rettferdig og tilfeldig utvelgelse, i tråd med gjeldende regelverk. 

Vinnerne vil bli kontaktet gjennom direkte melding på Instagram av Jarlsberg® teamet. 

For å kunne delta i konkurransen, må du være over 18 år. TINE vil gjennomføre en etterfølgende kontroll av vinnernes alder. Ansatte i TINE, datterselskaper, byråer etc. kan ikke delta i konkurransen. 

Du kan delta så mange ganger du ønsker. 

Ved å delta i konkurransen aksepterer du at vi samler inn ditt brukernavn på Instagram. Registrerte personopplysninger vil kun benyttes i forbindelse med administrasjon av konkurransen, og behandles i samsvar med reglene i personopplysningsloven/GDPR. Behandling av personopplysninger er nødvendig for å oppfylle TINEs forpliktelse til å trekke vinnere og utlevere premien, jf.  GDPR art. 6 nr. 1 bokstav b. 

Alle personopplysninger slettes umiddelbart etter at konkurransen er avsluttet. Alternativt til sletting, kan TINE fjerne identifiserende opplysninger fra personopplysningene, slik at opplysningene ikke lenger kan knyttes til deg (anonymisering). Slik anonym informasjon kan TINE bruke i sitt erfaringsarkiv og for å utarbeide analyser og statistikk, for å tilpasse og utvikle TINEs markedsføring og produkter i forhold til forbrukernes ønsker og behov.

TINE forbeholder seg retten til å slette tekst, bilder, videoer osv. som er postet uten videre varsel. 

Deltakere som bryter konkurransereglene, jukser eller prøver å manipulere nettsiden, kan automatisk og uten forvarsel bli ekskludert fra videre deltagelse.

TINE kan på et hvilket som helst tidspunkt avbryte konkurransen.

Ved deltagelse anses konkurransereglene for å være lest og akseptert.
