Want to try a new take on the classic sandwich roll? The Cheesy Lobster Roll Melt is creamy and delicious.
Halve the baguette. Chop up the lobster and chives. Thinly slice the celery. Mix together the lobster, chives, celery, mayonnaise and tabasco. Save some nice pieces of lobster claw. Spread butter on the bread and add the cheese slices. Heat in the oven for a few minutes at 390 °F until the cheese has melted. Take the lobster mixture and spread it on the bread. Top with lobster claw and a sprinkle of chives. Serve with lemon and chips if desired.
