Juicy chicken, sweet and nutty Jarlsberg®, smoky barbecue sauce… Looks pretty delicious, right?
Thinly slice the chicken and brown it in butter over a medium-high heat for a few minutes, until coloured. Reduce the heat and leave the slices to cook for another 5-6 minutes. Cut the onion into rings and fry in butter and sugar until caramelised. Spread the mayonnaise on the slices of bread. Add the cheese, chicken slices, sun-dried tomatoes, onion rings and the BBQ sauce. Place the two halves together and fry it in butter until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is nicely browned. Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
