Add some Jarlsberg® to the holidays - together with these lovely scones and a spiced cup of Christmas tea.
Here is how you do it
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the butter and milk to make a smooth dough. Press or roll out the dough (approx. 2 cm thick), and cut out round scones. Bake the scones at the centre of the oven until they are well risen and cooked through (12–15 min). Serve warm with Jarlsberg® and orange marmalade. Scones freeze well. For best results, thaw in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 5 min. Serve with a cup of delicious spiced Christmas tea. Make your own by mixing cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, slices of apple and black tea. Let it infuse for a few minutes, and then enjoy!
