  • 2 slices of sourdough bread or any bread of your choice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 slices of Jarlsberg®
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • maple syrup, according to taste
Here is how you do it

Fry the bacon until slightly crisp and colored. Spread butter on the two slices of bread. Add the cheese and bacon and put the two halves together. Fry the sandwich in butter until the cheese has melted and the sandwich is golden. Top with maple syrup.
