Heat the oven to 345 °F. Coat the chicken with butter and rub in the garam masala spice mix. Cook in the oven for around 1 hour. Peel and dice the sweet potato, and season with salt, turmeric and oil. Cook in the oven at 345 °F for around 30 mins. Cut the chicken into chunks. Spread the naan bread with butter and top with grated cheese, chicken and sweet potato. Heat in the oven at 390 °F for 5–7 mins until the cheese has melted and is nicely browned. Serve with fresh, coarsely chopped cilantro, chutney and topped with a little yogurt if desired.
