Despite being quick and easy to make, we promise this Filled Cannelloni dish will be a big hit among all the cheese and pasta lovers out there. Serve alone as an appetizer, or simply add a good loaf of bread and a fresh salad to get a lovely main course.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the crème fraîche, Jarlsberg® cheese, baby spinach and diced prosciutto. Stir the mixture well and add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture. Place the cannelloni in an ovenproof dish and top with a little grated Jarlsberg® cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the pasta is soft. Garnish with fresh basil.
