  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup grated Jarlsberg® cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup prosciutto
  • salt and pepper
  • Jarlsberg® cheese for topping
  • pot fresh basil

Cheese and pasta in perfect harmony

Despite being quick and easy to make, we promise this Filled Cannelloni dish will be a big hit among all the cheese and pasta lovers out there. Serve alone as an appetizer, or simply add a good loaf of bread and a fresh salad to get a lovely main course.

To make the Filled Cannelloni

Pre-heat the oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the crème fraîche, Jarlsberg® cheese, baby spinach and diced prosciutto. Stir the mixture well and add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture. Place the cannelloni in an ovenproof dish and top with a little grated Jarlsberg® cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the pasta is soft. Garnish with fresh basil.
