You will need

  • 2 Flour Wrap/Tortillas (6" white, wheat or spinach)
  • 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese
  • 4 slices Volpi prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 oz Sundried Tomatoes

Makes 12 servings

Jarlsberg Pinwheels

Pair with soup or salad for a quick lunch or treat your guests to these wraps as appetizers.

Assemble Pinwheels

Spead mayo on flour wrap/tortilla, add Jarlsberg cheese slices, Volpi Prosciutto slices and sundried tomatoes. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Unwrap and cut each into six slices.
