Pear on Pizza? Really? We’ll admit we were a bit skeptic at first ourselves, but having tried it we’re wondering if we should ever leave it out again. Combined with the salty Serrano ham, the sweet and nutty Jarlsberg® cheese and the fresh thyme, it is simply a taste you cannot get enough of.
Pre-heat the oven to 250 °C. Place the pizza crust on a sheet of baking paper. Mix the crème fraîche, Jarlsberg® cheese and roughly chopped thyme. Add salt and pepper and spread the mixture over the crust. Top with slices of pear.
Bake in the centre of the oven until the cheese is melted and golden, approximately 7-10 minutes. Top with slices of ham before serving.
