• Turkey sandwich with Jarlsberg® •

• Ingredients •

You will need

  • Thyme
  • 8 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 4 slices cold roast turkey breast, sliced
  • mixed salad leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 packet of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Enough water to cover the berries
  • 100 ml sugar
  • 2 tbsp. sweet mustard
  • 4 slices Thick slices of Jarlsberg®
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Makes 4 portions


Put all the ingredients of the cranberry chutney into a pan, bring to the boil and then simmer until the mixture thickens. Leave to cool. Toast the bread and spread with mustard. Cover one piece of toast with a layer of mixed salad leaves, thick slices of turkey breast and Jarlsberg®. Top with cranberry chutney and finish with the second slice of toast. Garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme.
