A hearty snack that is as good on the campfire as at home on the griddle. The fresh, zesty relish perfectly balances the richness of the Jarlsberg® and bacon combination. The only complaint you might hear is, ‘You should’ve made more!’
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap around the Jarlsberg® cubes. Place the Jarlsberg cubes and pearl onions on each skewer, alternating with three ingredients on each skewer. Roast them in a pan or on a grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
To make the relish, chop all the ingredients and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
