Snøfrisk Semi-hard White Cheese

Snøfrisk semi hard cheese is made from pasteurized goat’s whole milk. The flavour is pure, mild, slightly acidulous, rich and characteristic. The texture is plialable and sliceable and the inner appearance has evenly distributed holes. The Outer appearance is a white plastic coating covered with wax.

Taste:

Many associates the goat cheeses with severe goat milk taste. Snøfrisk is on the other hand mild, slightly acidulous and pleasant.

User areas:

Snøfrisk semi hard cheese has many user areas. It is suitable sliced on bread, with crackers or bagels. Marinated, as a part of the cheese platter, as a topping on taco and spaghetti as well sliced or diced in salads.
It is suitable for cooking: in raclette, hot sandwiches or as an ingredient in sauces.
It goes well with fruits like grapes and kiwi.

Snøfrisk hard cheese is allergy-free as it does not contain any cow's milk.

Snøfrisk hard cheese is available in Norway, Germany and Russia.

Production:

Snøfrisk hard cheese is produced in a traditional way in a traditional pan. Therefore the height of each cheese may slightly vary. After the cheese is produced it is hand-painted with a white plastic coat and covered with wax.

Snøfrisk hard cheese is made from  pasteurized goat's milk, salt, microbial rennet and nitrate (E251). The outer coating is treated with potassium Sorbate (E202).
