• Jarlsberg® Baked Mashed Potatoes •

• Ingredients •

You will need

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Jarlsberg® cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Makes 7 portions

To Make the Cheesy Mashed Potatoes:

Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until tender. Drain and bring potatoes to food processor. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Jarlsberg® cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper to food processor. Process all ingredients with potatoes until smooth. Pour mixture into baking pan and cover with tin foil. Bake in oven, covered for 30 minutes. Uncover potatoes during the last 10 minutes to allow browning. Serve and enjoy
