Nothing says 'melt' like Dijon mayonnaise. And Jarlsberg®, of course!
Mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Chop the parsley. Fry the bacon until crisp and golden. Spread the Dijon mayonnaise on the bread and top with cheese, bacon and parsley. Put the two slices of bread together. Fry the sandwich on both sides over a medium-high heat in a skillet until the bread takes on a golden color and the cheese has melted. Use plenty of butter in the skillet. Serve with pickled cucumber and extra Dijon mayonnaise.
