Fry the steak in a cast-iron skillet with some butter. Allow the meat to cool slightly before slicing thinly. Slice open the baguette. Chop the red and green chilli. Chop the carrot and cucumber into small, thin batons. Peel a piece of ginger and rub on the inside of the bread. Add slices of cheese. Fill the baguette with grilled steak, red and green chilli, carrot, cucumber and cilantro. Place the two halves together and grill in a sandwich press until the cheese has melted and the bread is nicely browned. Top the baguette with cilantro and sriracha mayonnaise.
