This rich toastie filled with serrano ham and fennel salami is simply salty and delicious.
Cut the baguette lengthwise and lift off the top. Slice the squash and fry over a medium-high heat in a dry skillet until golden. Butter the baguette. Add cheese, serrano ham, fennel salami, sauerkraut and grilled squash to the bottom half. Place the two halves together and grill in a sandwich press until the cheese has melted.
