A perfect sunny side up egg is only made better when served in a croissant with bacon and melted Jarlsberg®.
Cut the croissant lengthwise. Fry the bacon and egg. Spread butter on the bottom half of the croissant and add the Jarlsberg® cheese slices. Heat in the oven until the cheese has melted. Add the fresh spinach, egg, bacon and the top half of the croissant.
