It is suitable for cooking: in
raclette, hot sandwiches or as an ingredient in sauces.
It goes well with fruits like grapes and kiwi.

Production:
Snøfrisk hard cheese is produced in a traditional way in a traditional pan. Therefore the height of each cheese may vary slightly. After the cheese is produced it is hand-painted with a white natural coat.
Snøfrisk hard cheese is made from pasteurized goat's milk, salt and microbial rennet. The outer coating is 100% natural and potassium Sorbate (E202) free.
