Snøfrisk Semi-hard White Cheese

Snøfrisk semi hard cheese is made from pasteurized goat’s milk. The flavour is pure, mild, slightly acidulous, rich and characteristic. The texture is plialable and sliceable. The Outer appearance is a white painted on natural coating.

User areas:

Snøfrisk semi hard cheese has many user areas. It is suitable sliced on bread, with crackers or bagels. Marinated, as a part of the cheese platter, as a topping on taco and spaghetti as well sliced or diced in salads.
It is suitable for cooking: in raclette, hot sandwiches or as an ingredient in sauces.
It goes well with fruits like grapes and kiwi.

Production:

Snøfrisk hard cheese is produced in a traditional way in a traditional pan. Therefore the height of each cheese may vary slightly. After the cheese is produced it is hand-painted with a white natural coat.

Snøfrisk hard cheese is made from  pasteurized goat's milk, salt and microbial rennet. The outer coating is 100% natural and potassium Sorbate (E202) free.
