Ski Queen with Honey

A really special accompaniment for your apple desserts developed by The Culinary Institute of Norway.

100 gr Ski Queen
3 tbsp honey
1 cup cooking cream

How to make

1. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a pan and stir carefully until the cheese has melted, make sure the heat is not too high. Season, if preferred, with spices, such as ground cardamom, cinnamon or aniseed.
2. Serve the Ski Queen sauce warm or cold as an accompaniment to stewed apples or a warm apple tart.
