Wild mushroom soup with Snøfrisk

Snofrisk is fantastic to flavour soups and sauces. Treat yourself with this delicious wild mushroom soup.

Ingredients

1 tub (125 g) of Snofrisk
600 ml cream
1 cup of fresh or canned mushrooms/wild mushrooms

How to do:

Heat the cream and Snofrisk. Brown the fresh mushrooms in a little butter and add to the soup, or if using canned mushrooms, add them just before serving.

The liquid from the canned mushrooms can be added to the soup for extra flavour.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
