Spring roll with Jarlsberg and herbs and apple chutney can be served on their own or as an ingredient to create a sophisticated party menu.

Ingredients for 15 Spring Rolls with Jarlsberg

200 gr Jarlsberg, grated
1 package filo dough
200 gr red onion, cut in small dices
200 gr red cabbage, finely cut
1 bunch basil
50 gr rocket lettuce
2 tbsp apple vinegar
salt, sugar and pepper
Fry the onion in a little oil and add the cabbage. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Add the herbs and taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Leave to cool.
Add grated Jarlsberg to the mixture. Make spring rolls. Enough fillings to make 15 spring rolls. Turn the rolls in oil and bake them on a tray in the oven at 250 degrees C. for 5 minutes.

Ingredients for Apple and Honey Chutney

25 gr butter
50 gr red onion cut in small slices
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp apple vinegar
4 apples cut in small dices
½ vanilla pod
2 tbsp basil
Melt the butter and add the red onion. Stir for 5 minutes and then add the vinegar and honey. Add the apples and cook on low temperature for about 10 minutes. Add basil at the end and leave to cool.

Serve the Jarlsberg Spring Roll with apple/honey chutney on the side.
