Snøfrisk Creamed Prawn Pasta

Snøfrisk creamed prawn pasta with tomato and basil - a tasty meal for any day.

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 tub Snøfrisk Fresh spreadable cheese (125 g)
2 dl /1 cup whipping cream
1 dl/ 1cup whole milk
salt and coarsely ground black pepper
lemon
400 g / 1 lb dried parpadelle pasta or other pasta of your choice
2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
200 g / 0,5 lb prawns, shelled
4 plum tomatoes
fresh basil

How to do

Make two diagonal slits across the bottom of each tomato. Place them in boiling water for approx. 10 seconds until the skin loosens, then plunge them into ice-cold water. Peel, seed and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water until tender. Drain in a colander and add oil. Boil milk and cream, add Snøfrisk and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt, coarsely ground black pepper and lemon juice. Mix the prawns into the pasta just before serving. Decorate with fresh basil.
