Despite its exotic simplicity, Snøfrisk can be used for many different purposes. Spread the cream cheese directly on your sandwich, bread, baguette or toast. Use it alone or blend it with herbs and garlic. Snøfrisk goes well with ham, meat, chicken, bacon, mushroom or fish. Here you'll find recipe for club baguette with chicken, bacon and tomatoes.

Ingredients

1 tub Snøfrisk Fresh spreadable cheese (125 g)
2 baguettes
butter for the baguettes
8 slices bacon
2 chicken breasts
2 plum tomatoes
lettuce of your choice
salt and coarsely ground black pepper

How to do

Fry bacon until crispy. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and fry in the bacon fat for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Spread the cream cheese on the baguette. Cut the chicken breasts and tomatoes into smaller pieces.
