Ski Queen Ice-cream Sauce

Serves 8
Sauce:
100 g / 3,5 oz Ski Queen
1 dl / ½ cup full fat milk
1 tbsp syrup
Decoration:
1 dl / ½ cup finely chopped almonds or pistachio nuts
16 wafers
1 l / 4 cups ice-cream
100g
/ 1 cup strawberries or raspberry
How to do:
Warm up the milk with the syrup and melt inn grated Ski Queen while stirring, until thick and even.
Serve the sauce slightly warm with ice-cream. To make a nice ice-cream add nuts, fruits and wafers.
