Snowboard Toast Half Pipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 slices of white loaf, the crust removed
125 g Snøfrisk
2 tbsp herbs, finely chopped
2 tbsp
sour cream
24 shrimps
8 crawfish
Or 8 sausages if you don’t like sea food
4 slices of
Jarlsberg
1 cup herbs
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salsa:
1,5 tbsp butter
2 tsp finely chopped chili
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 finely chopped garlic

3 tomatoes
Salsa:
Dip the tomatoes into a hot water for few seconds, and then into the cold water. This will allow you to remove the tomato peel.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the bread slices until golden brown. Remove from the frying pan and place them on the paper napkin to remove fat.
Whisk Snøfrisk, finely chopped herbs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the fridge to cool.
Heat the oven to 160 ºC / 320 ºF. place baking paper on the baking plate. Place cheese slices on the baking paper and bake until melted into thin, crispy chips. Cool down on the plate. Do not remove untill the chips are cold and hard.
Peal tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop finely.
Heat the frying pan and bland in chili, garlic, parsley and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve lukewarm.
Place one slice of bread on each plate. Spread the Snøfrisk cream on top of the bread and place shrimps and crawfish / or sausage on top. Place the hard cheese plate and top with herbs. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve with salsa on the side.
