Tagliatelle with Ski Queen Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
450 g / 1 lb minced beef
1 onion
4 tbsp butter
1 leek
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tomatoes
200 g / 7 oz Ski Queen
0,5 dl / 1/4 cup full fat milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground
pepper
200 g / 7 oz boiled tagliatelle or other pasta
1 handful basil leaves
Peal and finely chop onion. Wash and slice the leek and tomatoes. Heat the butter in the frying pan and add meat with onion. Fry until golden brown. Add tomato paste, leek and tomatoes.
Heat up the milk and melt in the cheese while stirring. Pour the milk with Ski Queen into the meat sauce.
Sprinkle with basil when serving.
