Appetizers that look well and taste great. Your guests will appreciate your effort and will for sure ask for recipes afterwards.

Serves 12

Salmon with Snøfrisk

300 g/ 10 oz smoked salmon
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
125 g / 4,4 oz  Snøfrisk

Cover a square on the plastic foil with salmon. Mix Snøfrisk with dill and spread over the salmon. Carefully and tightly roll the salmon with Snøfrisk into a roll. Wrap in plastic. Put in the freezer for couple of hours.

When serving cut small slices while still frozen. Pierce with a tooth pick and place on the tray.

Snack on the potato

6 boiled potatoes
125g /4,4 oz Snøfrisk
2 tbsp thick sour cream
½ red onion
50 g / 1,7 oz hard roe
2 lemon slices cut in quarters

Mix sour cream with Snøfrisk to achieve a smooth consistence. Slice potatoes into 1 cm / 0,4 inch thick slices and spread the cheese over the cold potatoes. Add a pinch of roe and a quarter of a lemon slice.

Tomato with Feta

12 cherry tomatoes
100 g / 3,5 oz Feta cheese
12 basil leaves

Pierce tomato and feta on a stick. Decorate with basil.

Tuna snack

1 can tuna
½ red onion
½ apple
1 stalk celery
0,5 dl / 1/4 cup Crème France
0,5 dl / 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped basil leaves
½ tsp lemon pepper
½ baguette

Finely chop the red onion, apple, celery. Mix tuna with Crème Fraiche, mayonnaise and basil. Season with lemon pepper. Spread the tuna cream over the slices of baguette. Decorate with basil leaves or finely chopped onion.
