Jarlsberg Canapés with Dried Fruit
Jarlsberg® on a stick with dried fruit and rye bread fits excellently on the cheese
platters or as a
part of the buffet. Use different dried fruits to achieve different taste and variation. Serving tip:
Serve on the wedge of Jarlsberg®.
Makes 12 sticks
200 g / 7 oz Jarlsberg® cut into small cubes
8 dried apricot
8 prunes
8 figs
rye bread
sliced in cubes
Put all the ingredients on the sticks.
