Croque-Monsieur Jarlsberg
Would you like your sandwich to taste slightly nutty and have a nice aroma? Use
Jarlsberg! With its full
bodied taste Jarlsberg turns simple sandwiches into delicacies.
Makes 4 sandwiches
8 slices sandwich bread
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
8 slices ham
8 slices Jarlsberg®
Butter the slices of sandwich bread on both sides, add Dijon mustard, a slice of ham, a slice of Jarlsberg® and finally cover with a slice of sandwich bread. Toast in a medium heated pan on both sides until golden brown and the Jarlsberg® is melted.
